Our tours are fit for hikers who like to go off the beaten track.
Accommodation is preferably in mountain huts, guest-houses or in cabins.
Meals are taken at local inns, by having picnics or at local farmers’ houses.
We focus on contact with natural & cultural heritage and encounters with the locals.

ZalaZ divided the trails into three categories:

steep descend/ascent on hiking with narrow passages for most parts of the trail

mostly flat terrain with easy trails in combination with narrow foot-paths and moderate descending/ascending

generally relaxing walk

All trails on our tours are safe for hiking and without direct danger of falling.

Maximum of hikers for a group is from 10 to 15, depending on the tour. Your guide will be speaking English or German.

Accommodation is sometimes quite basic and simple, please come with adequate expectations, respect and enjoy the local circumstances.

Visitors are expected to respect the wildlife, leave what they find, dispose the waste properly and to be considerate with locals.
