I met Vlatko in 2013 first when I took a small group of European travelers from London on an adventure to the Adriatic coasts of Italy, Montenegro and Croatia. I had fond memories of the Adriatic from my childhood but haven’t revisited the area for two decades. The beauty of Montenegro that Vlatko showed us, his in depth knowledge of the mountains and the coast, made me come again this year, with a group of 20 European travelers. I was curious about the scenery beyond the coast, so this year we followed Vlatko into the Montenegrin mountains, to the Skadar Lake and then into the Albanian mountains. What an adventure, the scenery was stunning and although we obviously went along roads less travelled we always felt safe and well looked after.
